SHIPPING RATES

The order is shipped only when all the requested products are available. Therefore, partial shipments are not made. Prompt delivery orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days from the receipt of the payment receipt up to a maximum of 20 days. MODA IN CUOIO SAS will make use of the freight forwarder DVS Srl with whom it has entered into a contract.The shipping costs will be indicated during the completion of the order and vary according to the weight, volume and destination of the goods and are the responsibility of the buyer .

DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

1)that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps). Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by affixing the word "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" on the delivery receipt of the courier indicating "THE REASON" of this reserve ( Eg I accept with reserve damaged package). Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. The Carrier is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. "MODA IN CUOIO SAS", for the cases mentioned above, must be considered exempt from any responsibility for loss or damage (damage) of the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to the courier within 7 days of delivery by registered letter with return receipt. (art.1698 c.c.).
